Christopher Tankersley
Education & Training
Christopher holds formal education in Interior Design, with specialized training in kitchen and bath design, color theory, and design technology. His academic foundation is continuously built upon through ongoing coursework, keeping his skills sharp and his perspective fresh.
Design Approach
With years of hands-on experience, Christopher brings a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to every project — blending functionality with aesthetics to create spaces that feel both intentional and deeply personal.

Expertise
I bring many, many years (over 25) of experience in real estate, property management, and project renovations. I have managed multi-million dollar renovation projects and have helped many the buyer and seller in real estate ventures. Managing deadlines, projects, and budgets are my areas of expertise. Another area of expertise is recognizing talent. I recognized CJ's talent immediately. His creativity and design process always amazes me. We talked and Slate Design Studio was born. I handle the daily operations and he will make your project come to life.
